CLUB DRUGS

If you’re taking drugs, make sure you know
the basics.

IT’S UR LIFE

If you’re taking drugs, mind and make sure you know the basics. You might never think or know about it, but if you're mixing drugs with alcohol, medication, or if you’ve got any underlying health conditions, the risks are much greater. And, even if you’ve taken them before, they’re unpredictable – so taking any amount or pacing yourself can still be dangerous.

U ON IT?

Don't just go by what your mates are saying - there’s tons of factual information out there, so go to the proper sources. Things like pills and MDMA can take up to two hours to reach their full effect - so, it’s best to take a small amount then WAIT. Pills also vary in strength, and can contain two or more doses of MDMA. The general rule to remember is go slow, and stay low. If you like the tunes, you'll have a good night regardless.

U FEELING IT?

Going out is a release, but having the best night doesn't need to involve taking it too far. There’s a few easy things that can go a long way to helping and won't ruin your night - like taking regular breaks from dancing to cool down, drinking non-alcoholic drinks to avoid dehydration, and grabbing a salty snack to keep salt levels up. Make sure to rest and eat beforehand too.

PLEASE JUST SAY

If you're worried about yourself or anyone else at any point during the night then please ask for help immediately. Be open with staff - it’s safe to do so, no-one will judge, and they’ll know how to help. You might just save someone's life.

WHAT U AFTER?
